Buxton Water are pleased to announce that the company has today taken delivery of another new Calder 120 High Pressure Water Jetting Pump. The new arrival now takes the Buxton Water fleet of high pressure water jetting pumps to ten in total. The new Calder 120 is the latest specification model which is capable of delivering a precise jet of water at up to 1,100 bar pressure.

Commenting on the acquisition, Buxton Water Director Mark Hothersall said: “Over the last two years, we’ve seen a steady increase in demand for our specialist high pressure water jetting services, particularly hydrodemolition. The purchase forms part of £350k invested in plant and equipment in the same period and reflects our commitment to increase the Buxton Water fleet to meet the demands of the wider market and our existing customers.”

Alongside the new arrival, a familiar face returns to the Buxton Water family. Darren Thompson re-joins as a full time high pressure water jetting operative. Darren previously work for Buxton Water and has over 10 years specialist experience in hydrodemolition and water jetting.
